Processing Time
All of our items are made to order with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be created before it ships.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
During busy periods (holidays, sales, or large custom orders), processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll always do our best to communicate with you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
